Frank and Shelley are retired college professors. Shelley has a Ph.D. in
Transpersonal Psychology and Frank has a Ph.D. in Philosophy. They are owners of
a therapeutic modality known as the
MARI,
(Mandala Assessment Research Instrument)

as well as continuing to be owners and proprietors of the Angel House.
MARI provides a highly reliable, Jungian-based "look into your psyche."
In the summer, Frank becomes the "Angel House Boy," who sees to the needs of the guests.
Shelley teaches MARI at Lily Dale and Fellowships of the Spirit..

Frank
is currently immersed in researching threads of evolutionary biology
in the works of Carl Jung, and Shelley has been traveling extensively
to train new practitioners in the MARI. The Takei's are, and
always have been, a hard-working and fun-loving team, and there is
rarely a dull moment between them...just ask their children and grandchildren
about that! Frank
is Shelley's "go-to-guy", and she never fails to keep his
life "interesting"! They look forward to another
season of fascinating people here at "the Dale", and hope
to play and frolic at least once in a while! Why should the
angels and faeries have all the fun?!
